Has the number of Bush Cabinet resignations been unusually high?
More than half of Bush's cabinet will be new when his second term begins. How has that compared with other recent 2-term presidents?

Clinton?

Reagan?

Nixon?

1. I've heard it's now getting higher.
I believe Clinton was high with 5 or 6. You have to remember who these people are. They have to get into private business and use their connections and knowledge to work the system before those dollars are completely devalued.

2. Bush is at 9 leaving. Clinton and Reagan were both 7. (MSNBC reported
these numbers today).

They may not be done yet either.
