pro-McCain atty suing Ohio for stealing 65,000 Kerry votes!
This was on Cspan thursday if you hadn't heard.

Cliff Arnebeck, Alliance for Democracy attorney and supporter of McCain in 2000, and former Republican was on Cspan.org and said he found 65,000 votes that migrated from Bush to Kerry meaning Kerry really won Ohio.

I said CSPAN not unsigned internet blogger.

If link doesn't work go to Cspan website.

1. If true, that would mean
a 130,000 vote increase for John Kerry, which would hand him the state. I'm still skeptical that a whole lot is going to come from these individual challenges though. It's going to take the people rising up and demonstrating by the thousands to affect change in this department.

4. What does he mean "migrated".
Is he saying there was a systematic error in the counting equipment that can be proven or is he just saying the results don't match the exit polls?

And BTW how long can the media possibly continue to ignore this?

6. Votes that were intended for Kerry went for Bush
Migrated through faulty or rigged software. So the result is that if there was 65,000 of them, you take away that number from Bush's total and add it to Kerry's. Hence, he has a 130,000 gain, 11,000 more than he needs to win the state. I don't know if he's saying it can be proved or not, which is why I'm skeptical anything is going to come out of this. I'm convinced that massive fraud occurred, but it's going to be damn hard to prove.

The media will ignore it until it becomes impossible for them to do so. That's why I'm thinking we need some mass demonstrations going on. They can silence one voice, dozens of voices, and even thousands of voices. But they can't silence tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, or millions.

Fund, John H., Columnist,
Mr. Fund talks about his book Stealing Elections: How Voter Fraud Threatens Our Democracy, published by Encounter Books. Mr. Fund described several voter fraud scandals throughout American history and argued that the U.S. has the most flawed election system of any industrialized nation. After the discussion, Mr. Fund answered questions from the audience.

Yesterday I attended the second in a series of "dog-and-pony shows" being conducted by the GA SoS's office as a response to Gov. Sonny Purdue blurting out on C-SPAN that there should be an investigation into the Diebold voting machines here. The meeting was held at the GA Election Center at Kennesaw State University, and was hosted by Ray Cobb, the director of the Election Center. The meeting was attended by only ONE member of Cathy Cox' office; Cathy Rogers. There were about 20 other people there. No press, even though we had alerted them. Roxanne J., who famously challenged them to let her hack the machines did not attend as she felt her presence might be a distraction. (They still will not give her anything but an empty machine... no software, no modem.)

9. Arnebeck
has made some very strong statements about having evidence of fraud in OH, since the middle of last week. I pray that we can all get out in the streets and help create a ground swell folks! Otherwise, I think the evidence will simply be swept under the rug!!

11. Arnebeck filed Oct suit alleging crooked judges in Ohio
Go to the Alliance for Democracy site. I don't have the link to the story hand, but it's a bombshell. Corporate involvement, thank yous sent to crooked judges, all the way up to the Ohio Supreme Court.

10. If the state flips to Kerry by 11,000 you can bet the Republicans
will jump on board demanding a full recount.
