Bush and the Intelligence Bill |
|
Does anyone at DU think Bush really wants the intelligence bill to pass? I do not think he actually wants the bill to pass. First, he was against the 9/11 commission. Second, he has done very little to push the Republicans in Congress to pass the bill. Until today he has mainly just sat down a let the Republicans in Congress play with the bill. In my opinion, Bush would really like for the bill to fail. If it were not for 9/11 family members Bush would let the bill fail and then say it was the fault of Congress that the bill failed. I think the only reason he supports the bill is the pressure from so many people. So what do other DUer think?

the big story that the whores have ignored all along is the Bush is a dirty fucking stinking liar. He doesn't give a flying fuck about Americans dying in a terrorist attack.
David Gregory just said something I haven't heard any whore say, he reminded us that this was part of Bush's campaign, Bush pretended to embrace the reforms because he didn't want Kerry to use it as an issue.
See how fast the "wolves" and the "security moms" have passed into the memory hole?
