Lawmakers reach agreement on intelligence bill

Just received this email - all the info I have. Can't help wondering what on earth is hidden in this bill since the repugs just love to spring surprises on us. Its "hard work" to read the bills and we know that some lowly grunt in a Congressional office would never have the balls to stick something in a bill that would upset the citizens. I am so sick of this second term asshole - and it hasn't even started yet.
