Same questions asked in 2000 and 1996.
Want other links saying the same thing?

my "nice try" was to the author of the article, not the poster.

The Great Indecency Hoax It took a British publication, The Economist, to point out that the percentage of American voters citing moral and ethical values as their prime concern is actually down from 2000 (35 percent) and 1996 (40 percent).-Frank Rich, NY Times http://query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=FA0D10F63C5A0C7B8EDDA80994DC404482

8. Any talking points based upon exit polls |
|
Edited on Tue Dec-07-04 03:57 PM by ibegurpard
should always be responded to with this question: "If the exit polls regarding the election weren't reason to question the outcome, why should they be evidence of anything else?" Republicans need to be nailed to the wall on their attempts to delegitmize exit poll results that don't favor them and use them in other instances.

10. I voted Kerry because of moral values |
|
and the 10 Commandments too:
VI. Thou shalt not kill. IX. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. VIII. Thou shalt not steal. X. Thou shalt not covet any thing that is thy neighbour's. III. Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain. I. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

12. Also, general cultural issues. |
|
I know many people, particularly more of the middle and lower middle-class types, that would not vote for Kerry simply because he was a rich liberal snob from Massachusetts.
