Another great read is the letter from the House Judiciary Democrats to Ohio Secretary of State Blackwell. It poses specific questions about specific instances. It can be found here

There is certainly a lot more info but I don't want to overwhelm you. I don't want you to get defensive. I want you to see for yourself whether it is possible or probable. Feel free to ask questions as well.
