Today's big fat media distortion |
|
I was watching CNN this morning and there was a reporter on the White House beat talking about Bush's mini-press conference where he took two questions -- and gave lame responses to both.
She then mentions how Bush is ready to push his agenda, which includes reforming Social Security, etc.
Not privatizing. Not gutting. Not even changing.
Reforming. As if the system is fucked up and Bush is going to fix it.

its George W. Bush. SS is Good through 2052. With less money than what we are spending in Iraq, SS will be good for decades to come. Dubya wants to feed trillions of dollars into to the pockets of pals on Wall Street. His plans have nothing to do with "fixing" SS. You tell me how privatizing 2% of SS is going to fix it.

4. CNN is completely unwatchable. |

I get my news from Keith Olbermann, Jon Stewart, the internets, and the SF Chronicle. Cable news bites.
