In nearly 6 weeks since the election, has anyone else noticed . . . |
|
Edited on Fri Dec-10-04 10:28 AM by hatrack
. . . the complete absence of Terror Alert updates from Ridge & the rest of the Beltway Boneheads?
The total lack of shifts in the big color chart?
The sudden disappearance of terrorism intelligence which is too secret to be disclosed, and which doesn't deal with any specific threats against specific targets which we should not allow to panic us as we continue to vigilantly remain vigilant while vigilantly going about our daily lives, mainly shopping vigilantly?
Just asking . . .

4. Wow. I haven't noticed that until now |
|
Hmm. That is really an amazing coincidence, isn't it? Maybe all of the terra-ists are celebrating Tom Ridge's resignation.

No one seems to have an answer. Haven't pressed the RW nutters though. I might hear that we're safer since dumbass got re-elected - then I'd have to shoot someone.

...the task of making the nation safe from fear and terror has been accomplished. They shoehorned jackass back into office, now we all get a reprieve from the terror and fearmongering, at least for a couple months, or until someone needs to drown a news story or political enemy or something...

15. Bush people said the more Americans are scared the better for Bush.. |
|
That was before the election. I guess they accomplished their "mission". This has got to be one (out of many) crimes from this election-how the MSM allowed the administration to manipulate the fears of voters for political gain so obviously.

for the last week or so they have been scaring the bejesus out of us by mentioning how vulnerable our food supply chain is and just yesterday they told us how we need to look out for terrorists with lasers. The lasers are for blinding pilots as they try to come in for landings. They didn't fiddle with the terror alert color code over these issues, but they sure as hell make the attempt to keep everyone on edge.
