Bush rushed into Kerik nomination like he rushed into the Iraq War.... |
|
Without thought or introspection. The actions of a dangerous man - especially a man in power. One would think he would have vented him to a minimal degree before he comes out and announces him as Homeland Security chief? Or maybe he already knew about Kerik's background and thought he could slide him by the press and the American people just like he slid his illegal and fraudulent war by the press and the people? This says a lot about the man now leading our country - even though his supporters are still in deep denial.

1. There's always the "God Factor"... |
|
I can't get Mike Malloy's description of Bush from earlier this week out of my mind: a "giggling murderer."
He IS...the man is an Oedipal train wreck. I'm guessing that it was one of those "30 second prayers" on the way to the nomination: "Lord, if this isn't the right man, give me a sign"...
Because that kind of behavior would be fitting for a man who "accepted the Lord" via a snake handler in a revival tent, deep in the heart of Texas.

2. I think Kerik signals two more things: |
|
(1) That they've hit bottom on easy choices: (2) They recognize that Bush's mandate does not exist and that his style of never conceding has left the other side with one strategy: Fight back!

5. Amen and hallelujah on #2, which proves something else as well... |

Even the ordinary, non-political US citizen types are starting to see the press for what it is:
the offical advertising agency for the Radical Right.

4. Somewhere, perhaps MSNBC, there is a poll |
|
Edited on Sat Dec-11-04 08:54 AM by No Mandate Here.
that asked if he should have withdrawn his name. I voted NO, because it would have been sweet to see him raked over some coals. *, that is. Kerik is even too slimy for him.
(Too fast spelling... edited.)

6. Ah, but my friend, it wouldn't be televised. |
|
Rove and his slimebucket cronies would have "created" another Scott Peterson trial to see to that.
