The guy can be "elected" president, but could never in a zillion fucking years get past hearings for a cabinet position.

This has bothered me since 2000.

He's a loser. He's been arrested, he was AWOL, he's a drug and alcohol abuser, it just goes on and on .....

Yet here he is, the head of the executive branch.
