3. I saw him the other night in a so-called "debate" with a Dean guy.
He was very aggressive and nasty - even to a questioner from the audience. The Dean guy was very cool and ignored From pretty much. Not in a "scardy cat" way but in a "isn't he pathetic" way.

7. Borsage is not a Dean guy........though he clearly admires him
Borsage is with a group who sponsors progressive conferences and organizing called Campaign for America's Future. http://www.ourfuture.org/projects/national_conference/

9. Al From is the key to our success
He got Clinton elected, and he will get the next Democratic President elected in 2008, IMO.

11. ... and how long ago was Clinton elected?
Thought so.

From. Must. Go (and take the rest of the Democratic Losers Council with him).

12. Sorry, but that's just a whacked statement
From is a LOSER and takes the stance of a LOSER. He is doing more for Bush than Rove did!

13. Success?
I can't call this mess a success.

What got Clinton elected was his own personal lying charm and Perot fractioning the Republican vote. Beginners luck for the DLC which will never be repeated because too many people have seen through them.

How many more disastrous elections will it take before we dump them and take our party back? They do not represent us; what we get from them is trickle down dictates from the corporations and then they're surprised people aren't inspired.

"Or as Simon Rosenberg, head of the DLC's corporate-funded political action committee, the New Democrat Network, put it, "We're trying to raise money to help them lessen their reliance on traditional interest groups in the Democratic Party."

Someone should ask Rosie and From what traditional interest groups in the Democratic Party they're so afraid of. Environmental? Women's Rights? African-Americans?
