1. Wow, 92!
Edited on Wed Dec-15-04 12:53 PM by TexasBushwhacker
Even though he's had her around all this time, and so much longer than most people have their parents, I'm sure she'll still be missed. My mother was not quite 70 when she died last year, and I just feel cheated when I see someone whose parent has lived to a ripe old age. Then I remember the people I know who lost their parents when they (my friends) were in their teens or 20's , and I feel lucky.

2. My condolences to the family
if this were a sane country she would have died in the comfort of knowing that her son had safely secured his second term.

6. Death around the holidays is always sad......
my brother at age 33 died of melanoma cancer in 1981 on December 23rd. To this day we don't have our holiday celebration until well into January out of respect. May Mrs. Gore rest in peace.

8. Wow. Gore just wants to get in the news...
That's what Hannity will say tonight on his cute little show with the alien-looking guy.

11. That's sad
but, I wouldn't put it past someone like Hannity. Watch, that's exactly what's going to happen.

10. An accomplished person in her own right.
IIRC, Mrs. Gore was a successful lawyer, as well as Albert, Sr's wife.

May she rest in peace.
