Kerry/Clark would make a strong
defense ticket. Might take national security away from the repugs as an issue.

I'm not saying this is what I absolutely support, as my real choice would be Kucinich/Edwards, but that's for another post.

I just want to know what you think about this particular national defense angle.

6. It's definitely a combination of those three.
But, the DNC wanted Kerry/Edwards since 2001. I heard Clark was being groomed if Edwards faltered. Edwards is now shining.

I think Clinton had Clark step up to peel off media focus from Dean to change the dialogue to national security.

Something great will shape up with all of these men.

I'm just happy that the most liberal guy won tonight. It makes this longtime liberal glow.

3. if Kerry wins the nomination . . .
I think that Kerry/Clark or Kerry/Edwards are the two most likely tickets at this point . . . you never know, though . . . six months is an eternity in political time . . .

7. Kerry Will Be Trounced
Republicans will vote for their own candidate, there's no reason not to. Kerry has no "crossover" appeal to them. But he has high negatives among Democrats who object to a warmonger at the top of the ticket. Kerry's vote for the war was unforgiveable to lots and lots of Democrats.
