Freeps think Bush needs to back up warnings with actions in Syria and Iran
They're wetting their red, white & blue shorts over on FreeRepublic regarding THIS Reuters story, "Bush Warns Syria, Iran Against Meddling in Iraq:"

http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/nm/20041215/pl_nm/iraq_bush_dc_11

And specifically the tough-guy stance we've all come to expect from God's Little Prince: "We will continue to make it clear to both Syria and Iran that ... meddling in the internal affairs of Iraq is not in their interests," Bush told reporters."

There's no way of knowing how many of these Morans are ready, willing and able to enlist, but they definitely are ready for "four more wars:"

I think we already warned them so many times, I lost count. It's time to back it up with some action. I am sure we have some of those nice MOAB-s left from our war in Afghanistan.

I am all for telling them not to meddle, but they continue to ignore us. Terrorist wannabees may not be streaming accross the border into Iraq like they used to, but its definitely a problem that Syria & Iran dont have any interest in controling. George W. needs to back up his warnings with actions, and I guess we will see what happens over the next few months

I am sure we have some of those nice MOAB-s left from our war in Afghanistan. You'd be doubly wrong. There are no "left over" MOAB, because there never were any MOABs deployed to Afghanistan or anywhere else. AFAIK, we still have the "Daisy Cutters", which were used to good *psychological* effect in Desert Storm. Now a nice penetrator equipped JDAM or LGB on the residences of Iran's Mullahs and Syria's Assad would make for a good "calling card".

Freepers are all talk and no action. A lot of them are stay-at-home cowards who don't even work, let alone fight in a war.

I know. Telling them to go over there and fight is one of our taunts to them, but the fact is that they are armchair generals who get off on drumming for wars. And that is very repulsive.

I resent having to add disclaimers just so there won't be any offense to anyone, but here goes: I am not mocking stay-at-home people in general, just the ones who are HIDING from society because supposedly, it is "immoral" thereby making themselves ignorant about our current state of things (such as the economy). These are the people who believe in Bush's lies about the economy being strong. They don't even work. They just listen and believe Rove and Neil Cavuto.

4. This is rich
"Terrorist wannabees may not be streaming accross the border into Iraq like they used to"

So I imagine he means during Saddam's regime.....when Iraq ummm....was one of the only countries in the region without terrorist activity.

I guess the Morans never got the memo

5. Of course they do ...

Brave keyboard warriors that they are.

Put a rifle in their hands and send 'em on out. They want it. They can have it.
