Hilarious photo that "begs a caption"

was mailed to me, but I don't know how to post from my desktop.

It has Karl Rove (I think) standing very very close behind Bush and someone else is standing low, or kneeling checking very closely the area of Bush's fly. Bush's hands are in his pockets and he looks down on the man in front, while Rove (the man behind him) has his hands behind his back and he is looking at the camera, smiling.

If someone has it, please post. We deserve a chuckle.

The picture was taken at the European Council in Goeteborg, Sweden, in June 2001.

The kneeling guy is Romano Prodi, then President of the European Commission.

they've hired someone to go around with him and continually check his fly. Guy probably makes $85,000 a year for doing that.
