Carolyn from The Apprentice's book "Carolyn 101" & bushCo
I was strolling through a Barnes & Noble bookstore and happened to see the book "Carolyn 101" written by the woman who sits to Donald Trump's left in the boardroom scenes of NBC's hit show The Apprentice.

I picked it up and turned randomly to a page in the middle of the book and started reading.

She was writing about her experience with some manager type who came into a high position in the organization she was working for. She called him an "empire builder" and said that like Genghis Khan and all other empire builders, he surrounded himself with people from outside, usually people who owed him a favor and had long had been associated with him.

Naturally, this didn't set well with the employees of the company and they went to Carolyn with their concerns and complaints.

All the while I was reading this, I heard this little voice in my head saying "This is the bush administration!" It sounds exactly like how bush operates, especially since the election with the purge of the CIA and resignation of all cabinet principals who hadn't agreed to a daily drinking of the Kool-Aid.

Has anyone read this book? Did you get any such insights from Carolyn's business experience that apply to America's current under-siege political situation?

2. Apparently she's referring to the boss she overthrew. Didn't she
gather evidence & present it to The Donald?

She's a great politician. You can tell by the way she repeats EVERYTHING The D says right back to him? Everything. Everytime. Even (especially) before she diagress with him.

This technique also works well with toddlers, btw.

3. "You had to fire him. It was a no-branier."
I've heard her say that to Trump a lot, so I think I know what you mean.

Maybe we can use that technique to overthrow the fascists at 1600 Penn. Ave. Agree with the anti-abortion rights fanatics, anti-tax zealots, America-Uber-Alles zenophobes. Tell them: "You're right! Of course you're right! Goddamit, you're ALWAYS right!"

"And that's why Bush is our mortal enemy."

(help them pick their jaws up from the floor)

And let the 'de-programming' begin!
