2. Right wingers always think they're moderate
and bigots always think they're totally logical and crazy people think they're perfectly sane and the world has gone wrong.

6. And...
I criticize other Demcorats as being out of touch as well...

Doesn't mean I'm not a Democrat.

Clinton is/was the ideal DLC President.

Certainly, as you move from the Left end of the party and get closer to the "center" of politics... you are also getting closer to the left end of the Republican party... But that is SOOOO far from the "right wing", it's silly to make the comparison.

11. Right you are.
Clinton was a left-winger who played the DLC for all they were worth. He charmed them like he charmed everyone else.

12. Not exactly.....
Don't ask, don't tell?
Welfare reform?
Defense Of Marriage Act?
Death penalty? (remember him rushing back to Arkansas to kill a mentally defficient black kid so he could look "tough on crime"???)

Oh yeah... he fooled 'em all right. :eyes:

5. The DLC are beyond right wing. They are now full blown neocon TRAITORS.
And believe me, that's no mere accusation. Anybody been to the PNAC website lately?

Start here: http://www.newamericancentury.org/russia-20040928.htm

And you can add Madeline Albright, Joe Biden, John McCain, and Kerry's pal Richard Holbrooke to the list of traitors against this country. :grr:

7. Labels are wrong. They are unprincipled hacks - opportunists
If a liberal would be in power, they'd stand by him.

10. The conservatives have changed the labels and we need to clarify truth.
What was once moderately conservative is now called a flaming liberal and what was once neo-fascist is now being called moderate. These new lables are wrong and it's time we corrected them.

13. well . . . since one definition of fascism is . . .
the melding of corporate and government power . . . and since the DLC is solidly corporate . . . draw your own conclusions . . .
