The Iowa Results Are In.
1) Kerry/Gephardt/DLC/Center for Growth/coprporate media
2) Edwards/Kucinich/DLC/Center for Growth/corporate media
3) Dean/Stormtroopers/Trippi/old-style campaigning/frontrunning insurgency/Rove

Since only these were the only three candidates were running, it was not a great showing for the Dean contingent.

Of course, Karl Rove obviously wants nothing better than to face Dean. I mean, the results speak for themselves. All Republicans have done is try to help Dean with their incessant and unrelenting attacks on him. We all know that right now they are plotting even more attacks to help Dean, because that's just how much they want Dean to win.

Everybody (and especially Rove) knows that the only way to beat Bush is to try to finesse him on his highly popular tax cut and highly effective war on terror.

So Rove is crying in his beer right now because the incessant media attacks that he mounted against Dean backfired right in his face. Luckily, Iowa Democrats were smart enough to see through those attacks and vote for the two candidates of all those running who will have the hardest time differentiating themselves from Bush.

1. "we will not always have the strongest military"
I'm sorry but anyone who says something like that is ripe for the picking by Rove and the GOP. I'm sorry Dean said that. There are a lot of good things about him too.

2. I'm sorry your candidate lost today, but maybe a good nights sleep
Will do you some good. This wasn't a big conspiracy. Iowa voters turned out in record numbers which is good for Democracy and the Democratic Party.

4. I agree
It was ours to lose.

I'm optimistic. Still believe. Keep on keepin' on.
