The CIA and Domestic Elections... 2000 and 2004
Edited on Sat Dec-18-04 03:55 PM by EVDebs
Election fraud is serious business. A credible newsource, The Mad Cow Morning News, which is mentioned in Michael Ruppert's FTW (Fromthewilderness.com) and his new book "Crossing The Rubicon" raises some eyebrows:

"Back in the USSR--CIA 'Helpful' in FL, Ukraine elections"
Dec. 8, 2004 by Daniel Hopsicker
http://www.madcowprod.com/12092004.html

has this interesting tidbit

"A retired CIA agent, whose illegal and unfettered access to election rolls in Martin County Florida was a major source of legal contention after the 2000 Election, traveled to the Ukraine four years earlier to teach “grass-roots politics” to people there, The MadCowMorningNews has learned....In a bitterly ironic twist, Charles Kane, former Director of Security at the Central Intelligence Agency, and member of the Florida Republican Executive Committee, spent four days in Kiev, the capital of the former Soviet republic, hosting training sessions for Ukrainian political parties in 1996."

Fastforward to 2004 and the Ukraine and US elections...

CommonDreams editorialized about the connections of our CIA and the Iraqi elections with "CIA and the Iraqi Elections - An Idea that's Bound to Erode Trust " at http://www.commondreams.org/views04/0928-15.htm

An idea that erodes trust in the USA too for that matter...begging the question 'Does the CIA intervene in US domestic elections, especially in times of war ?"

1. Guess who's head of the advisory team of the next big voting machine corp.
former deputy director of the CIA, Secretary of Defense and National Security Advisor under President Reagan, Frank Carlucci. And of course after holding government positions like those, it's practically mandatory to serve as chair at The Carlyle Group, which he did for over a decade.
