Poll question: Who will drop out next? |
|
Edited on Tue Jan-20-04 01:00 AM by RatTerrier
Not trying to be morbid, but it's probably something we are all curious about.

Come on folks, he's still holding a ton of cash and nationwide support. The was questions who "will" drop out, not who you "want to" drop out...

WTH? Dean's not going to be dropping out soon. Let's try to act like we're adults here.
My bet is Sharpton. It may be Lieberman - but I guess Sharpton, due to funds.

I don't see him dropping out until after Feb. 3rd and he may stay longer than that. I don't know how much he's been spending and he doesn't really need $$ to stay in this race.

5. If Dean finishes third in NH |
|
Which is entirely possible - with Kerry and Clark finishing one and two - how could Dean possibly spin that?
How could he survive?

The guy with arguably the most widespread grassroots network isn't going to just throw the towel in if he doesn't win the first two primaries. What are people thinking?

If he fizzles out in NH, there's really nowhere else to go.

7. I wish it were Lieberman |
|
but I think it'll be Kucinich, based on the late breaking one sided horse trading in Iowa.

13. Again, Dennis says he has enough money to stay in all the way |
|
to Boston and will do so. I think he's serious about this race and will make his $8 million in campaign funds last that long.
I doubt he lost too many delegates in Iowa tonight but he helped Edwards win a larger number of delegates and momentum. I think Edwards will remember that. Edwards/Kucinich 2004?
Sharpton, I think, will soon be out of money and out of the race. Lieberman will stay a bit longer, I think.
But who knows? Weren't people talking about Kerry dropping out last week? OOPS! They didn't see that comeback coming, did they?

15. Did you hear Edwards say all children have a right to health care. |
|
That is not good enough for me..Healthy kids are not healthy if the parents are sick and poor breadwinners.Silly comment..Shortsighted. No. Kucinich not head the ticket; he needs head the Progressvie House caucus where he can propose what it is we need. Not be second fiddle to anyone.. Edwards respects Kucinich as he says he does he need adapt his solutions, Instead of just talk about this poor upbringing. America as often the case, goes for the pretty face.

10. Too much like an Agatha Christie novel... Who's next to die? Mwua ha ha! |
|
or maybe one of those teen slasher movies from the 80s. Only instead of teenagers getting impaled on chain saws for making out, it's middle aged men getting offed for failing to exceed expectations. But other than that, this is "Prom Train of Death" all over again.

He's going to get stuck in the back of the pack once the race between Kerry, Dean, Clark, and Edwards tightens up. There aren't 5 tickets going out of NH.

Kucinich's volunteers are too dedicated not just to Kucinich but also to his main causes. Clark saying universal coverage can be implemented by tax credits is lame. Dean does not have a plan.Just more patch work.. Kucinich does not tilt the party towards more acceptable positons on health care or trade- Nader will... I am in no mood to disparage our candidate. He is the only one fighting for real solutions and not compromising with lame *** solutions garnered to not offend their financial backers. Since DK is fighting for my issues and what polls say are American's issues, time to get out the check book for a true fighter. DK you better stay in to influence who ever turns out to be the nominee or else; Many of us will have a laid back Fall. Someone wants more than just our vote , they will have to earn our enthusism..
