Why isn't Spitzer nailing Kerik's ass. Kerik has enough skeletons to fill a walk-in closet. It should be a slam-dunk - to borrow George Tenet's phrase.

Spitzer looks for causes that he can use to shape social standards. Kerik is just a low life weenie.
I would like to see him get pinned with something, but if not, the common knowledge that he is a crook, thief, liar is pretty damn satisfying.

Federal prosecutors for that. Kerik has crossed so many lines that a number of investigative agencies can take a shot at him if they choose. Spitzer needs to concentrate on replacing the empty suit now occupying the Gov's mansion, not picking at the corpse of Kerik's hubris.
