What happened to the GOP's purple-heart bandaids (Mosul)?
I assume they will want to make sure they continue to mock all of the purple heart recipients.

12. the media did not made a big issue out of it
if it was the democrats who were doing it, the media would have been all over it every fucking minute and asking every person out there to comment on it. like the mary cheney being a lesbian crap, and teresa's comments .

but the media did not make a big thing out of it since it was the republicans .

9. Are elected Republicans allowed to be any religon other than Xian?
Edited on Thu Dec-23-04 04:43 PM by w4rma
I know they wouldn't allow a Christian who supports Jesus's support for the poor and mercifulness for everyone.

10. How Do I Know This?
Why can't Jesus have told me? Just like he speaks to GWB and Jerry Falwell. I hope you are not suggesting in any way that I have less of a communication line than they do. You don't even know me so don't question who my friends are.

5. What would be appropriate
would be to send those people a link to the book about Purple Heart recipients that is mentioned on a thread here. One look at the people who have been blinded, maimed, and brain damaged ought to make those cretins want to sink into the ground and take their band-aids with them.

6. Just Like Members Of Congress With None Of Their Children In Iraq
the convetioneers who wore those disgusting band aids didn't give a hoot about whether or not John Kerry actually deserved his 3 purple hearts (which, by the way, the Pentagon recently determined again that he did). Their only concern was winning the election so that they can keep their tax cut and ever growing list of loopholes.

Every single one of them deserves to spend a week in Iraq patrolling the Sunni Triangle in a production Humvee with no armor! Maybe then they'll start to get a clue.

Remember, it's possible to support the troops without supporting their mission. As John2 said many times during the campaign, our military has performed brilliantly, doing everything they've been asked to do.
