Kerry, Clark, and Edwards are all great candidates!
Still time to jump on their bandwagons, unless you live in Iowa!

3. So you're dismissing Howard Dean...............
as irrelevant at this point? Bad mistake in my book. New Hampshire looms in the distance, a primary carries much more weight than a caucus. Let's see how all of the above mentioned perform there before the coronation begins.

5. I don't think he was dismissing Dean as a candidate
I think he was just expressing his preference. I have to agree, for me Dean is 4th behind those three. I know that sounds shitty, but I really do like Dean a lot, and I'll have no issues supporting him if he's the nominee. I just happen to like the other 3 better.

7. The "not a Democrat" attacks on Clark really dishearten me
It was because of Clark that I regained interest in politics.

There are a lot of people out there that are just like me.

There are also a lot of Independents and moderate Republicans out there that aren't happy with Bush, aren't comfortable with a "liberal" Democrat, and like what they see in Clark.

If those in the anti-Clark camp want to treat us as inferior to "life long" Democrats that's your prerogative. Just don't be surprised if this large group of people get sick of the partisan BS and loose interest .

That would be a shame. It's because of people tunning out that the Bush administration has been able to pass as much of the hurtful legislation as they have.

Those candidates (and supporters of those candidates) calling Clark a Republican aren't just insulting Clark, they're insulting his Democratic supporters as well. They're insinuating that there's something morally wrong with being Republican (which implies half of the country is immoral). They're propagating the practice of demagoguery which is simply wrong. Haven't we had enough of the "you're either with us or against us" mentality?

Clark, with his background and by his not participating in partisan attacks, has the best chance of uniting this country. Something we desperately need to do in order to move forward.

10. Good points!
I hadn't seen that side of it. Clark is my #2 man, and I'm annoyed by the "Clark is a sneaky Republican" garbage too. He would be an enormous improvement from what we have sitting in the Whitehouse now.

6. I agree, except there IS still time to jump on their bandwagons for Iowans
because one of these three WILL be our nominee for president, and I will gladly support any of the three. :-)

9. It will be
interesting to see where Gep throws his alliance to now. I think Edwards will pick up most all of the labor backing, and blue collar crowd with his "son of a mill worker" routine. Out of Kerry and Dean I think Edwards has the only chance of carrying the south.
