Did Kerry lead the GLIB'S Out on a Tree Limb and then Cut It Off?
Edited on Mon Dec-27-04 09:33 PM by KoKo01
Did he have his Lawyer them off by only coming in with "filings" and not separate "Law Suits?" Some folks think this is a "masterful Chess Game" by Kerry and his Lawyers.

But, why are the Greens and Libertarians always waiting until the "last minute for Kerry support?" Always "down to the wire?"

Is it Chess or "Go Get a Life...Bush Won...Deal with it?"

2. Why do you want a separate lawsuit?
My understanding is that Kerry intervened in the Green lawsuit. That is fine. If he filed a separate lawsuit, it would be subject to consolidation anyway. This saves time and the plaintiffs are able to help each other.

21. Thanks ISOS
......Damned good point....does this indicate that Kerry is toying w/ the system or what?.....Either way I'm not going to get too excited about Kerry......I reside within the camp of "it has to be done regardless" re: BBV.....Kerry is Our equal, not a myth as the GOP will have their cult of personality believe jr.Bush to be....I personaly wish that Kerry would demand to meet jr.Bush at the Ohio SC to personally oversee a recount there as well as any state that requested one.....I have not walked in his steps however and only pray that he has the courage to persevere....

3. I think it not a masterful chess game
I think it wishful and magical thinking and I think it will fizzle out and come to little simply because the major players in the whole thing have disappeared beneath a congressional desk.

Without Kerry, it is a lost cause and what he has done is mere lollipop sucking, and not by any sense, some sort of a masterful chess move planned from the first, as some would dream.

He willingly surrendered--almost immediately.

That is the fact.

Then he simply fell off the radar screen.

Anything else attributed to him by the hopes and the imagination of those unwilling to see the painful reality, is mere magical thinking and wishful fantasy--or the opportunistic capitalizing on the titillation of the possibility of a "masterful chess game" in the works, in order to get more hits on a website.

It can go NOWHERE without Kerry taking a positive and substantial role in the investigations.

He has NOT. It is too late for the checkmate to occur.

Why has that simple interpretation of the fact, not been clear?

5. Thanks for perpetuating the LIE that Kerry is doing "nothing"
Edited on Mon Dec-27-04 10:01 PM by zulchzulu
Let's see proof he hasn't. I have proof HE HAS. But please, if you have proof other than the lies and unbacked parlor talk that he has not been doing anything, let me know.

Kerry has been kicking ass as a Senator for 20 years. BCCI, Iran/Contra...it goes on. The man knows how to play ball. He's not a junior league hothead.

Read it and weep:

CAM KERRY'S LETTER (written 11/5/04)

I am grateful to the many people who have contacted me to express their deep concern about questions of miscounting, fraud, vote suppression, and other problems on election day, especially in Florida and Ohio. Their concern reflects how much people care about the outcome of this election.

I want to you to know we are not ignoring it. Election protection lawyers are still on the job in Ohio and Florida and in DC making sure all the votes are counted accurately. I have been conferring with lawyers involved and have made them aware of the information and concerns people have given me.

Even if the facts don't provide a basis to change the outcome, the information will inform the continuing effort to protect the integrity of our elections. If you have specific factual information about voting problems that could be helpful to the lawyers doing their job, please send it to (e-mail removed for the story) rather than to me.

The election protection effort has been important to me personally, and I am proud of the 17,000 lawyers around the country who helped. It's obvious that we have a way to go still, but their efforts helped make a difference. Their work goes on.

Thank you,
Cam Kerry

6. L:ook, you have your hopes
and your wishes and I know it must be hard to let go.

I have my observations and I think they are based on reality.

I am willing to bet on these observations.

Call me on it when it happens differently than what I have posted and I will gladly pay up and apologize.

10. But wait...my point is that Kerry HAS been doing stuff...
I know it's been difficult to know about it because it's not exactly going to be front page news and legal stuff takes time, but you should know that Kerry has been doing his part to find out what happened...that's all.

7. Cellophane, Mr. Cellophane ought to be his name...
(Yeah, I like musicals, so sue me)

I swear he's see-through.

It never fails, does it Zulu. The day, the very day Kerry does something new, there's another thread saying he's dropped off the screen. Never let reality get in the way of a good theory I always say. :eyes:

Meanwhile: ooooh, moderate independants, my favorite!

Then, it's open season on Kerry and the suckers who believed him.

I'll take ya on. I'll take all y'all on.

So what's not happening now that you want to see, and what would have to happen between now and the inauguration for you to not to declare it "Kerry season."

(I met the guy selling this shirt, btw. And they called Kerry scary.)

18. whatever
let's see what you say after Bush is inaugurated again, just a week to go now.

"So what's not happening now that you want to see, and what would have to happen between now and the inauguration for you to not to declare it "Kerry season.""

Really, if Kerry did much of anything in public I'd be happy. Maybe if he said the words "paper ballots" in public?

14. He never prosecuted a case unless he was confident he had the evidence to
convict. As it should be.

I have no doubt that if the evidence is there it will have a better chance of being found in a calmer environment than Florida 2000. If electronic voting machines are to be exposed, it would have to be in an environment where it isn't portrayed as a "Sore Loserman" tactic, but, as an honest search for answers.

17. This is my theory
But its only a theory or hunch so don't flame me.

I think because Kerry did not get the popular he had thrown in the towel. The only reason why he got behind the Glibs somewhat was to make it look like he was doing something about voter disenfranchisement to appease the base because he would like to give it another shot in '08. Even if they could uncover enough votes to win Ohio they did not win the popular vote which would put him in a poor position to govern especially given we are at war and to have won an election like that would have been disastrous for anyone coming into office.

22. This makes perfect sense to me.
I'd already done some thinking along those lines. He's doing what he perceives as enough to mollify us, but not what he needs to do to find the truth.

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think I am. This is probably the beginning of the breakup of the Democratic Party. :(

Usual Disclaimer: If Kerry does give it his all, or gives enough, I will eat my words for all of you true-blue Kerry supporters. You can even tell me which condiment to use. :)

any decisions concerning this election and many which have been stolen before it.
