Progressive think tank names Dennis Kucinich Congressperson of the Year
From their press release:

"Congressperson of the Year: Dennis J. Kucinich (D-OH)

"Congressman Dennis Kucinich is the former Presidential candidate who gave a voice to the concerns and issues of the average American. Kucinich has spent a lifetime putting the needs of the voters above his career plans. He has one of the best, if not the best, voting records in Congress."

5. Wonderful.
It could not go to a more deserving man. I am glad I got to see this before it becomes ugly or drops out of sight. Thanks for posting this.

11. Imagine what America would be like
if we had just 50 people in Congress and 10 people in the Senate with the kind of vision, courage, outspokenness, and kind-hearted nature as Dennis.

12. Don't Shoot
I read on DU either today, or yesterday, that Kucinich is a PNAC'er. That can't be right, or is it?

13. Dennis is not a PNACer, the DLC's PPI is a cesspool of PNACers
Get your facts straight.

14. I seriously doubt that
it stands opposite to many of his beliefs. Misread? bad info? dunno.

15. Notes
I found the DU post where I began taking notes, and I have Kucinich in with a long list of PNAC members. Unfortunately, when I go into the threads which list links, I often do not note the trail. My goal was to compile names for PNAC/NAI/AEI/DLC and the so-called "new" NATO groups. And I will keep searching.

No intention to besmirch your candidate; the truth will out itself.

16. Ha! That was maybe one of my posts about Dennis
DENOUNCING the PNACers.

PNAC/NAI/AEI/DLC rings a bell lol ;)

Dennis is the furthest thing from PNAC... I know him personally- he hates them as much as the Progressives behind him.

17. No, he is not. Dennis attacked Bush on the PNAC in the debates.
Dennis wants to bring down the PNAC. That's part of the reason the Bush gang hates him.
