What's best in your opinion?

Edited to correct my mistake. Obviously, Democracy is best. :-)

with a slight emphisis on Capitalism.

but with a socially responsible angle. This is not an altruistic thing - the ability of every citizen to have a good education and health care affects us all.

with little-c capitalism -- The real engine of the economy is small business. Big business is a drain on resources, impediment to progressive values and contributes nearly NOTHING to society.

Limited chartering of corporations -- not more than one or two years!!! No "personhood" for corporations!!!

In other words, democratically operated worker-owned cooperative businesses.

It's not something that can really be imposed, however. It has to be built. And it is. Been working in one for 13 years and I wouldn't have it any other way.
