Will whoever wins NH change who you support?
I'm a Dean supporter, but if Kerry wins, I will throw my support to General Clark and hope he does well on Feb 3. Will anyone else change their mind if their first choice doesn't seem viable? For instance, I'm sure if Dean wins, some will throw support behind Kerry.

18. Agreed..
DK is so much stronger on policy and the issues than the other candidates, there really is no choice.

3. No
I think it's too early for that yet. After just two small rural electoral states? I'll take a wait-and-see.

10. Calling it quits before Super Tuesday?
I don't think that's fair, considering the amount of money Dean has raised so far. I think he seems to be best prepared for the long haul. However, if he fails to win even one of the states on Super Tuesday (however unlikely a scenario this may be), it might be a different story.

4. Playing it by ear
I doubt if NH will be decisive for me, but if Dean becomes unviable, I'm leaning strongly towards Kerry as my second choice. Clark's lobbying for Axciom is a deal-killer for me unless he can address it adequately -- something he's failed to do so far.

I'm a full supporter of Clark until that is no longer an option (hopefully never).

It will take longer than this to determine who is viable and who is not at least among Kerry, Dean, Edwards, and Clark.

9. That depends
I think Dean needs to win NH to be viable, simply because of the perception. I don't see him going into Feb 3 and winning with two losses where his support was once the strongest (especially in NH). That's why if he were to lose I'd throw support behind Clark, because I want him more than Kerry.

12. I would be happy with the support
however, how much would he have to lose by in order for your decision to switch? Are you confident his slide would continue? Anyway, welcome aboard if you decide to go to Clark.

8. I have my doubts about Dean now.
I was amazed at the results in Iowa and after Dean's fiasco I don't think he'll get new supporters. He's just not in step with the rest of America living up there in 98% white Vermont and making that confederate flag comment which may have turned off Southerners who feel Dean thinks they're dumb hicks. The South has been the target of ridicule for so long and "we're mad as hell and we're not going to take it anymore", I can hear them say.

11. No...
I'll stick with Gen. Clark; he's set to do well in the Feb. 3 states, and he should do pretty well in New Hampshire, too, even if he doesn't win.

B-)

13. As long as Dean is in the race
he has my full support. After that it would be Kerry or Edwards. I just don't trust Clark.

Iowa and NH are just the kickoff. It's Super Tuesday that's the prize.
