Bush DOJ Violates S.C. when a big donor is victim

In the Maryland subdivision arson case. The Supreme Court ruled in 2000 that arson of a residential home isn't a federal crime, but that's not stopping Bush DOJ. The developer gave $86,500 to the GOP in 2004. Here's a link:

They will call this 'eco-terrorisim' and bring the whole weight of the PATRIOT act on the guy...

3. there was a DU post that developers wanted this land mostly owned
