What happened to Kerry's Protect Every Child Act?
In the video John Kerry released last month, he said that on the first day of the new Senate session, he'd introduce a bill which would ensure that every child in the U.S. has health insurance. I've checked google news and can't find any follow up to this. Is it the case that today they were all too busy with the swearing-ins and what not, and that we should expect to see this in the next day or two? Or did he forget or what?

Just wonderin' if anybody's heard anything.

2. He'll be introducing that bill when he returns
Along with a bill to send 40,000 more troops to Iraq.

I read that today, but yikes, I don't remember exactly where.

6. Thanks for the info, everybody.
It's good to hear the bill will still be introduced. I look forward to seeing GOP Senators squirming when pressed on why they think kids should be denied health care.
