Help with UN question, please!

My right-wing brother has been haranging me about the UN oil for food scandal, and bashing the UN. Does anyone here have any resources for this?
He's coming to visit this weekend, so I'd like to be armed with some info before he arrives. I've tried to look stuff up but it all seems very right-wing.

Democratic Underground has an article archive in which there should be a great article I remember reading about the whole scandal...this should be very useful to you. Beyond that: remember that it isn't Annan that officiated over this. It was the Security Council IN WHICH WE BELONG.

In that article there should be some interesting stuff about how our corrupt government is at least partially responsible for that whole mess. I don't recall specifics.

I don't think there is much concrete yet. The best Norm Coleman could come up with against Anan was that his son works for a Swiss company that is somehow connected to the scandal and that Anan was in charge at the time it occurred. It didn't sound very convincing to me.
I also read somewhere (probably the NYT) that
one of the main informants for the Oil for Food business was Cheney's friend (I'm having a senior moment) who was the source on Iraq's supposed weapons of mass destruction.
