Freakin dictator.

Don't like the way certain states are doing things, even when they're right? Change the law...federalize it. So once again Chimpy wants to continue with his latest attempt to federalize class action lawsuits. Where are all the Bush groupies now, all those minions who were always spouting at the mouth about the dangers of big government...the same ones who were so worried that if the Democrats took power that government would get even bigger?

The latest Bush hypocrisy in all this is his current effort to federalize class action lawsuits so he can put new limits on them, HIS limits, to satisfy his corporate pals who DESERVEDLY get sued by people they've shit on. His father failed at this one, too, so Junior is bound and determined to take away more individual rights of the people by changing the law regarding this issue. He wants to take away states' rights on class action lawsuits and make it federal law instead....HIS law. No wonder huge corporations similar to Enron love George W Bush. Takes the worry out of getting sued. If he doesn't like what's going on at the state level, he'll just change the law to suit himself and his rich corporate pals.

Class action lawsuits are an important and necessary deterrent against fraudulent practices by corporate America and the chimp is out to put federal restrictions on it, HIS restrictions. Nobody likes frivolous lawsuits, but the more rights he takes away from us, the more we become like Big Brother.

Here's an article that, although a couple years old, relates to what's going on right now:

From the article: "And the Bushites trying to ram this through congress aren't conservatives, they're corporate whores."
