We don't have Deibold machines in Minnesota, and probably never will.
Every vote cast in MN is cast on a paper ballot. Most are then tallied by a machine, which is strictly audited by partisans from both major parties. The rest are counted the "old-fashioned" way-- by hand-- and observed and certified by election judges from both major parties.
Minnesota has some of the most honest elections in the country-- hence our record-level voter turnout rates (highest of any state in the last two presidential elections).
