asked his secretary to have work on a full congressional hearing on election reform. I couldn't reach Hastert because his line was busy, which may be a good thing. BTW, Frist No. is 202-224-3344 not 202-224-3135. The latter is Sen. Kerry's office, a typo on his e-mail. Everyone keep calling. Hastert=202-225-0600 They're rats but we must demand that they do their duty and serve us Americans.

thing -- and we would be setting an example for others to follow. But on another more practical level -- this approval of Gonzalez amounts to an endorsement of torture and it potentially increases the dangers posed to any captured U.S. soldiers. Failure to recognize this demonstrates the stupidity or callousness of the Bush Administration. Take your pick.
