Tim Roemer, left, former congressman from Indiana, shakes hands with former presidential candidate Howard Dean (news - web sites), as former Denver mayor Wellington Webb, second from right, and former Ohio state chair David Leland, far right, get up to leave after they and other potential candidates for the DNC Chair spoke to the southern caucus of the Democratic National Committee (news - web sites), held in Atlanta, Saturday, Jan.8, 2005. As members of the DNC prepare to elect a new national Chair, regional caucuses are hosting a series of forums featuring potential candidates to replace present Chairman Terry McAuliffe. 2. Dean!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm hoping he gets it. The way things have been going lately with things that I've hoped for politically, maybe I should hope he doesn't. Then, maybe he's got a chance.

I will only consider the Dem party hereafter if Dean has a heavy influence in its direction.

4. if that's your level of support for the Democratic Party
then that's exactly why Dean shouldn't be DNC chair.

3. Kos poster says Dean will announce candidacy on Monday.
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2005/1/9/03749/63535

SNIP..."Dean will be announcing his official candidacy on Monday; the campaign to be headed by a Tom .... from outside his Democracy for America leadership. Blanchard and supposed new entrant, Mary Beth Malcolm were absent and had no materials on their respective tables today. Mr. David Leeland of Ohio was unimpressive, had no campaign organization present, no separate "meet and greet" event during the day, and lackluster answers that added nothing that wasn't already said or represented by the current candidates."

5. Gee, the Ohio Chair did a great job of stopping the rigging.
Has Dean said anything about the theft of the election?
