If the founding fathers had "second sight"/see into the future and saw |

all the events in the past 10 years what do you think they would do or change in the Constitution to protect us. Or would they leave things as they are?

4. They did, but those laws were weakened over time until FDR. |

And because of the Republican justices, FDR couldn't get laws enacted to bring back the strength of the original laws.
