Question for Kerry supporters
First and formost, congratulations on the Iowa win, you must be pretty excited.

Now for the question...

It's obvious that the Bush puppetmasters chose the day after Iowa caucus to give the SOTU address so what should Kerry do to keep Bush from attempting to slow down his momentum?

2. Umm, actually
I think he chose the best of two possible dates. Normally, the address is given on the last Tuesday in January; however, because New Hampshire moved up it's primary election to January 27 to get ahead of a few other states, the State of the Union got pushed back one week. Otherwise, it would have been the same day as the NH primary.

3. I'ld like to see him do a major policy speech
maybe in front of the Press Club or some equally visible forum. Go head to head with the SOTU. IT wouldn't have to be an instant response, but within a week or so.

4. But this country has a short attention span
If Kerry waits a week to go head to head with the SOTU, would it be as effective? Wouldn't he be better off writing his response to the SOTU as soon as possible before the corporate media decides to focus on Jackson, Stewart, and Petterson again?

5. My guess
He'll give a SOTU tomorrow or Thursday and kick the fucking shit out of Shrub. Turn this guy loose and Bush will be crawling out the door long before November!

6. Actually
The State of the Unions address always falls on the same tuesday that Inauguration day would on that year, so it is a fixed date, not chosen.
