There is alot of information and contacts available on this site, as well as drafted letters that can be used to send emails. We need to ensure that our current supporters as well as prospective supporters are WELL INFORMED of all the information they need to be able to represent our words.

ANYONE can make a difference here there is plenty of help that is needed, either post here or PM (either myself or myschkin) if you wish to have more information.

One comment/suggestion: I have made sure to include in all my letters a line saying that it's outrageous that millions of Americans have to stand in line for four hours to vote. I think this is something that grabs politicians' attention and makes them think of election reform as a bi-partisan issue, one they can't ignore or simply blow-off as Democratic "sour grapes". Hey, even Republicans hate standing in lines!!

2. This seems to be a ruse for an advertisement...

When I clicked on your link I was taken to a page that had an ad spread across the middle that had to b e clicked in order to proceed. Once clicked, that ad to one to a page advertising medicines. If this is a ruse...it is not very funny

11. United effort on Jan. 20

Hi:

I'm a newbie even though I've been lurking for a while. I'm amazed to see that nobody on DU is talking about the strike on the economy on Jan. 20. I belong to a number of yahoo groups, anti-bush, anti-rw, anti-neocon, etc., I even moderate a few. We are all gearing up for this "SHUTDOWN THE US ECONOMY FOR 24 HOURS ON JANUARY 20" protest. Have you heard of this site:
