It's Official: Colin Powell Lied to the United Nations about Iraq WMD |
|
http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/01/12/wmd.search/index.htmlNow that the WMD search is over without ANY RESULTS, do we apologize to the world or give them the finger? Bush* gives the finger.

5. As evidenced by those that pleaded for "liberation" of the "poor" Iraqis |
|
last year, and now want to "bomb the country into glass"
The Iraq war is a study of republican adaptability.

8. I love this part in the CNN story: |
|
"In October after Duelfer delivered his Iraq Survey Group's report to the Senate, Bush acknowledged that Iraq didn't have weapons of mass destruction at the time he ordered the invasion but said Saddam was "systematically gaming the system" and the world is safer because he is no longer in power."
Systematically gaming the system." Well, THAT, coming from bush, is actually somewhat credible. bush is a world-class EXPERT at "systematically gaming the system." When, in his life, has he NOT gamed the system? NOBODY on the planet would know or be able to spot another individual's "systematically gaming the system" better than bush. IT TAKES ONE TO KNOW ONE.

9. why do I get the feeling |
|
That the search for weapons was concluded long before today. Bush just didn't make it public till now...you know...so he would lose the election.

10. he lied to the UN, the United States, and the world |
|
that's his legacy. He lied. I'm sure people will pay thousands to hear a LIAR speak on the post-administration lecture circuit. Powell is a liar, a fool and a baffoon. On the other hand, Scott Ritter was 100% correct. I wonder if any in MSM will have the GUTS to remind us of that.
