He just said polls show voters want a president who "has faith," and that's why Chimp, not Kerry, won.

WTF?! Kerry goes to church! Is this about a particular kind of faith? (Or claiming to have a particular kind of faith?)

10. This was set up with a strawman argument
as if Democratic politicians don't go to church.

Now they're talking about presidents' decisions based on "faith" -- as IF we all know the Chimp is a pious person because he SAYS SO!!!

I'm changing the channel. Sorry I brought it up! :grr:

11. Kerry doesn't wear it on his sleeve
i admire him for that. Bush on the other doesn't really either unless it's for base pandering. His handlers want people to think he's a man of deep conviction and faith, it's all bullshit imo, smoke and mirrors.

13. I agree
We're supposed to believe Jesus told him to bomb Iraq or something? God loves windfalls for the wealthy and unemployment for everybody else? It's virtuous to lie and cheat?

Why does ANYbody believe this man is the model of a Christian???

(My model of a Christian: Jimmy Carter!)

18. I watched about 2 minutes
Bushies are for the death sentence, starting a pre-emptive war and killing thousands unnecessarily, believe in rewarding the rich at the cost to the poor, against health coverage for all Americans, and don't mind the fact that 20% of our children go to bed hungry.

They must know a different Christ and God.
