Al Gore or John Kerry?

And: If Election Fraud were proven, which Democratic Administration should be installed immediately: Al Gore or John Kerry?

2. Al Gore knows; Kerry now probably suspects.
They can flip a coin. I have a lot of respect for both men.

3. in answer to your first question Al Gore
I don't think there is any real doubt in anyone's mind including Gore's that he won the election. He just wasn't prepared to start a civil war over it. Remember, he didn't have a crystal ball. He didn't know how bad it would be with 911, Iraq, etc. He made the decision he thought right at the time. Hindsight is always 20-20.

I don't believe that John Kerry thinks he won.

If election fraud were proven, we would need to hold a new election. However, if Bush, Cheney, Hastert, etc. were all in jail, then I'm not sure who the first Democrat in line of succession might be. Someone will know. Seems like if there was a doomsday scenario and the UN had to come in and keep the peace (and keep the nukes from going off) then some quiet inoffensive person somewhere who didn't mind taking the heat for a few months would be the way to go. Say Tom Daschle.

This is pretty science fiction-y though.

The conservation movement is a breeding ground of communists
and other subversives. We intend to clean them out,
even if it means rounding up every birdwatcher in the country.

4. I think Al Gore
Kerry has said all along that he didn't think that the outcome of this election would be changed. Gore won the popular vote and a full count of the ballots in Florida, like Washington state had, would have given him the electoral college too. However, if fraud were proven it would be Kerry who would be installed immediately because that is the election that is being investigated. However, I don't expect it to happen.
