We Need a "Jon Stewart" Moment on Meet The Press
I am once again totally convinced that Tim "Little Dickhead" Russert is merely a high paid Armstrong Williams style operative. He is beating up Rahm Emmanual with his patented "previous quote" ambush attack. This attack followed Russert's lobbing softballs to Dan Bartlett as though they had rehearsed it. Is there a Democrat out there with the balls to look Russert in the eye and call him on his bias?

1. They're might be

3. Excatly the problem.
Russert is heinous, and I bet he gets direct deposits from the Heritage foundation.

2. Russert is a repuke shill and Emanuelle is a
laughing stock representing our party. After 2 minutes watching this guy stammer with indecision over the criminal Iraq war, I had to turn it off.
Damn, we need the current talking heads of our party thrown out. Most of the nitwits we see on the MSM representing us are the same assholes that have us in this mess!

5. The Democrats have a woeful lack of PR skills.
We need some big dog booking agents right in party HQ.

We let the SCLP (so called liberal press) dictate to us WHO should represent our views.

The very fact that Dems still appear on FAUX tells me everything I need to know about the skills of the Dem PR department.

And I'm one of the biggest party boosters at DU, but the PR thing just kills me.

7. Rahm Emmanuel Is One Of The BEST. To Categorize Him As A
laughing stock is so totally off base.... I can't even begin to finish that sentence.

Rahm is the future of the Democratic party.

EVERY time I have seen him on ANY tv show he has been both articulate and forceful.

Most likely you were either:

1. paying too much attention to Russert's pathetic performance
2. had a knee jerk reaction to something Emmanuel said
3. simply like to bash Democrats in general

9. LOL
Did you watch that MTP piece? I agree with you in that unless something is done fast, jerk offs like Emanuelle will continue to be the voice of our party. Start understanding that it's a mind set like Emanuelle's that has our party in such a mess. He was as ineffective as it comes. He reminded me of a pixie lil mouse.

Truly Pathetic!

6. WTF!...Way too many Clinton questions. However good/bad a
president Bill Clinton was let's live in the now. Also as to Dem's who supported for Bush's war last Spring, why don't more Dem's stand up and say things have changed! We were lied too! We need to keep the revolution going by standing up for TRUTH NOW, not stammering around questions about the past.

8. I can't stand to watch Russert but your right. I remember watching Al
Franken try to call Blizter on his bullshit and not one of the democrats that were on the program supported and backed up what Al was saying. They were so busy flying all over the place they never even took the bait when Blizter offered himself up to it.
