Big request concerning the Democratic senators and Alberto Gonzales |
|
Edited on Mon Jan-17-05 04:53 PM by RaulVB
After Kerry went "awol" following the November 2nd fraud, THIS IS THE SINGLE MOST DEFINING MOMENT FOR THE DEMOCRATS.
I will follow the vote tally the day when Gonzales is ratified on his AG position. He will be ratified, unfortunately.
I WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY SENATORS FROM THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY will vote for a torturer and criminal for US AG.
I'll post the names when I have them but those senators who may dare to vote for him, are not really "Democrats."
If I miss some names, you guys let me know. Endorsing a fascist regime, IMO, prevents you from asking the support of liberals or progressives.
And I really, really hope that Kerry will not screw the vote, by supporting Gonzales!
Thanks!

I believe that with the electoral challenge, the most important thing was (is) the (continuing) debate.
But I hope history shows that the Democrats, and maybe even a few Republicans, were not ready to endorse he who endorses torture.

3. Filibustering Gonzales should be a litmus test for furure elections |
|
If someone fails to fillibuster, they should be kicked out. If Feinstein just votes no instead of filibustering, then she needs to be kicked out in the primary so Democrats don't have to vote Green or for some other independent.
