This is a must see hearing for many reasons.....including 2008.

I don't recall him standing up to call for an investigation of the Ohio fraud. Was his name on the list of those voting aye? I think I'd have remembered, but it could have slipped by me.

Now Filner stood with the CBC in 2000 to protest the Florida fraud, and voted aye to investigate Ohio 2004. He's always been there--up front and standing tall. Don't want no stragglers--leaders only.
