All right Senator Biden! Brought up the Seymour Hersh article

Not that she answered him.

PS: she seems to smile when she's bulls*tting (or is using her memorized talking points) and she gets all frowny when she's dogpaddling.

4. Wow. He equates success with enemy death toll.
Disturbing, to say the least, that he wants everyone to know exactly how many Iraqis they've killed every day.

5. Oh bullshit!
If you want headlines of some incidental "good" done, forget it.
Bottom line is we don't belong there and any good from it will always be tainted by that fact...perhaps not in the eyes of the right-wing, but in the eyes of reasonable people everywhere and most certainly in the eyes of the Iraqi people.
Reporting some bullshit "accomplishment" story would be akin to reporting "Drunk Driver Didn't Kill The Entire Family".
Lipstick on a damned pig, and nothing more.

8. It's pretty amazing
Edited on Tue Jan-18-05 04:40 PM by Wright Patman
when a member of an organization responsible for the deaths of more than 100,000 citizens, mostly civilians, of a country invaded on false pretenses begins to talk about what "borders on criminal."

I guess it takes one to know one.

Even in his glorious battle of Fallujah, I think more civilians than combatants died by any reasonable accounting of what happened, not that the military would allow there to be a reasonable accounting afterwards. Educated guesses based on the accounts of survivors is what I'm going on.

The fact someone can still call himself a "good guy" after participating in the cold-blooded "collateral" murder of tens of thousands of civilians sends a chill down my spine. I am not saying there ARE any "good guys" in Iraq. I am just saying it takes an extreme amount of self-delusion to continue to believe that about oneself considering what has transpired since March 2003.

How about that old song by Dave Mason? "There ain't no good gu. There ain't no bad guy. There's only you and me and we just disagree." Fortunately, most people on this planet still are able to disagree without resorting to murdering one another.

9. Biden's SON is in Iraq. I am sure he's filled in on what's REALLY going on
and doesn't need propaganda from an EndTime loving dupe who likes to count the bodies that were killed. Did he count how many children were innocently slain, too?

10. Where does one begin to deconstruct this pile of crap?
I would begin by adding this disclaimer "This public relations ad is brought to you by the Pentagon". That would be the only truth in this whole diatribe.

....
However, Biden also had blunt advice for European critics: "I have one simple message: Get over it. Get over it. President Bush is our president for the next four years. So get over it and start to act in your interest, Europe.''..........
