2. He is just flat out dumb as a stump and forgets he is contradicting himself most of the time, but means well and is a puppet of the NeoCons.

3. He is a complete crook, not much of an intellectual but "clever" in the way many crooks are. Thrives off power and doesn't care who dies or how fucked up the country gets as long as he wins!
