How many Senators are still left to vote?
Are Boxer and Kerry still the only no votes? Buy the way, does just the foreign relations committee vote or the whole senate? I thought it was the whole senate and I cant imagine their being only two no votes on Rice. Guys like Kennedy will certainly vote no as well.
