URGENT PROTEST REMINDER TO ALL DU'ERS
Edited on Wed Jan-19-05 04:54 PM by rodriguez94
REMEMBER, IF YOU NEED GAS FOR THE CAR...BUY IT TODAY...IF YOU NEED BABY DIAPERS, MILK, BREAD...GO TO THE GROCERY STORE ON THE WAY HOME THIS EVENING....

AND THEN TOMORROW.....

STAY HOME FROM WORK IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO DO SO....

WEAR BLACK....YOUR BEST FUNERAL CLOTHES....

DON'T SPEND A DIME TOMORROW....

AND WATCH THE OH-NO-GURATION SO WE CAN HOPEFULLY CATCH SOME GLIMPSES OF THE PROTESTERS IN THE CROWD!!!!!

:KICK:

6. Busing Also
After all Metro is our transportation system, right? And sharing in the direct expense of the bus with our fellow citizens rather than burning fuel and paying parking fees seem so to be more in keeping with the ideal of an economic boycott.

Besides, we're not up to hiking to Westlake Center from Fremont tomorrow.

3. Also saw where someone suggested
not using your electricity unless you just have to, etc. -- hadn't even thought of that. I'm emailing a reminder to everyone I know right now.

4. Am i understanding this right?
All the Dem's go shopping to day, to protest tomorrow. Then all the re-pugs are going shopping tomorrow to protest the Dem's protest.
And the winner is?

7. What light glimmers thru yonder window?
Bingo! What we should be doing is total modification of our consumption habits. Total. Starve the beast and not for one silly damn day but for every day. Vow to reduce your consumption. Waste less.
