A senior Senate Democratic source tells Raw Story that Democrats will force nine hours of debate next Tuesday, with a vote Wednesday... Developing...

Special to DU: Looks like it's going to be quite a ride; this claim is coming from the top. I guess if they have enough members speaking on the floor, they can push debate on and on and on. Not quite a filibuster, but it might certainly be embarassing. that's one damn long debate for someone who's expected to be confirmed. we'll see, i guess.
