Time to Fight

Now is the time to stand up and fight.
Not just because of tactics and timing, not just because we've quite literally got nothing left to lose...not because George Bush and his cronies have presided over the worst Presidency in our history...
but simply because in the face of all that, we still have an obligation to our people: our children, our elderly, our disabled, our working moms and dads, our students, our teachers....
Every elected Democrat in the land needs to do a gut check today and ask themselves: if I can't fight for the people who need me today, when will I fight?....
If I can't look my constituents in the eye and tell them I did everything possible to fight for them then why am I a Democrat?
