6. Is he the guy who convicted Clinton of War Crimes with a Kangaroo Court?

While I am glad Ramsey Clark is calling for impeachment from what I have heard the guy is a complete wacko who no one takes seriously. Didn't he have some kind of Kangaroo Court convict Bill Clinton and Madelyn Albright of War Crimes? Correct me if I am wrong but it seems like I heard this once. Again good for him on what he is doing today but I would not get too excited about the guy as he is kind of a nut job. Correct me if I am wrong.
